The construction works of apartment buildings near Tigran Mets Street have started in Stepanakert, the Ministry of Urban Development of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reports.

The new district consists of 3 buildings, two of which are 12 floors above ground, 1 is underground, and one is 9 floors above ground and 1 floor is underground.

Number of apartments by rooms:

2-room - 47 apartments

3-room - 138 apartments

4-room - 33 apartments

The total living area is 1807.2 square meters.

Some of the buildings are envisaged for public significance.

An inter-public road, a parking lot, green areas will be built; the surrounding area will be improved.

At present, the earthworks are completed, they are preparing to start the construction of the foundation.

The new district is being built with the funding of the ‘Hayastan’ All-Armenian Fund.

The apartment buildings are planned to be opened in 2023.
