On Novermber 1, pitched battles took place in the North-Western section of the Artsakh-Azerbaijani front line from around 20:30 to 23:40.

Particularly, the Azerbaijani side launched an attack with a company in the direction of two key positions of the Defence Army, which was stopped during pitched inter-positional battles. The adversary suffered heavy losses and fled. While fleeing, they were blocked in one of the gorges and the Armenian Forces continued their complete destruction through accurate mortar fire.

The adversary launched another attack in the same direction with a platoon, which was also identified by the Defence Army in time and stopped due through well-planned operations. Our subdivisions have chased the fleeing adversary and destroyed them.

At the moment the Defence Army is in complete control of the situation in that section of the front line.
