Human Rights Defender of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Artak Beglaryan has posted the following on his Facebook page:

“URGENT: Today Azerbaijan continued to target the civilian population of Artsakh, particularly shelling several settlements of Martakert, Martuni and Hadrut. The Office of the Human Rights Defender has received credible information according to which, after the shelling of the city of Martakert, employee of ArtsakhEnergo Company Nver Grigoryan was killed while performing his duties.

Thirty-two civilians have been killed as a result of Azerbaijani aggression since September 27.”
