The news agency of the Defense Army of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) reports that the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, continuing to violate the humanitarian ceasefire, targeted a hospital in the northeastern direction where civilians are also undergoing treatment.

“This is already clearly a war crime, and the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan bears full responsibility for the consequences,” the press release reads.
