We discussed issues related to the organization of work for the early restoration and reconstruction of the destruction that took place in Stepanakert as a result of the Azerbaijani aggression. Mr. Marutyan expressed readiness for the important participation of the Yerevan municipality, and very soon specialized groups on public services will be sent to Stepanakert. Starting from November 13, passenger buses will depart from the territory adjacent to the Yerevan municipality to Stepanakert on a regular basis, which will take to Artsakh all citizens who were forced to find shelter in Yerevan or in the regions of Armenia due to the war.
