The Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Investigative Committee will investigate its criminal case on the Azerbaijani military-political leadership launching an attack along the line of contact with Artsakh, unleashing war, and carrying out aggression as of September 27, the Committee informs.

In particular, according to the facts obtained on the basis of the measures taken in connection with the video spread on the Internet on Thursday, a sabotage team of the Azerbaijani army penetrated the Artsakh city of Hadrut where it shot dead two local civilians born in 1947 and 1995, wrapped in Armenian flags, deprived of means of protection, and actually taken prisoner.
