Taking as a basis the Prime Minister's proposal, according to part 1 of article 133 of the Constitution, as well as part 1 of article 4.1 Of the law of "Border troops": Vaginak Sargsyan was dismissed from the post of commander of the Border troops of the national security Service of the Republic of Armenia.
